When several of your triggers go off at once, you pick the order
Move two units together, and both their "When I move" triggers go off at the same moment. Only one can go on the chain first, so you choose. Whichever goes on last is on top, and resolves first.

- on first, on top. The resolves first, and the card you wanted is the only one you can discard.
So put on last the one you want to happen first.
When the order is set
You only choose when triggers go off at the same moment. If they go off at different moments, the earlier one goes on the chain first, and you don't choose.
